1 / Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all stays booked with "Melo Surf and Yoga SARL" (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

“Melo Surf and Yoga SARL,” “Melo,” “Melo Surf and Yoga,” and “Melo Surf and Yoga Morocco” are brands owned by the company "Melo Surf and Yoga SARL." All bookings and purchases made through these brands are considered as transactions with "Melo Surf and Yoga SARL."

2 / Registration & Booking

2.1. Booking for our surf camp can be made online via our website, Instagram, or by email.
2.2. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.3. The booking is only binding after receiving a written confirmation from the organizer.

3 / Payment Terms

3.1. To secure your booking you need to pay a 15 % deposit to the account of the organizer. Transfer fees must be covered by the sender/guest. The rest of the  amount is to be paid in cash on-site upon arrival.

3.2. The organizer accepts Euros (EUR), Swiss Francs (CHF), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
3.3. Prices are in Euros (EUR); conversion to another currency will be based on the current exchange rate. The Organizer is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates.

Prices are generally fixed; however, the Organizer reserves the right to adjust prices based on changes in service charges or exchange rates.  

4 / Cancellation

4.1. Guests are required to inform the Organizer as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. The following policies apply:

4.2. 6 weeks or more before arrival: Guests may reschedule their booking within 6 months at no additional cost.  

4.3.  0-6 weeks before arrival: Cancellations within 0-2 months do not qualify for a refund. The full amount must be paid by the participant via bank transfer. The Organizer is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates or for any transfer fees incurred when paying the stay. Transfer fees must be covered by the sender/guest.   

4.4. Shortening a stay or cancelling pre-booked add-ons: If a guest decides to shorten their stay or cancel pre-booked add-ons during their stay, no refunds will be provided for unused days or services.  

4.5. Group booking changes: If one or more members of a group cancel, this may increase the per-person price for those still traveling, and guests will be liable for the additional cost.  

4.6.  Right to cancel: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel a booking (either before arrival or on-site) if a guest does not comply with the guidelines and rules, or if their behavior negatively affects the quality of service.

5 / Transfer Airport/Bus Station

5.1. Transfers may sometimes involve waiting for multiple guests arriving on different flights or buses. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes.

6 / Insurance

6.1. Adequate travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for all guests. The insurance must cover personal needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses, and repatriation in case of accident or illness.  

6.2. The Organizer is not liable for any losses incurred if a guest chooses to travel without adequate insurance. No refunds will be provided for any activities missed due to lack of insurance coverage.  

6.3. The Organizer is not responsible for theft or damage to persons or belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment and property belonging to the Organizer.

7 / Surf Lessons and Surf Guiding

7.1. The Organizer guides guests to various surf spots and provides information about conditions, but participation in these activities is at the guest's own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for guest safety, injury, or death during these activities. 

7.2. The surf guiding package does not include instruction or expert advice. Guests must be capable of managing themselves in the water. Surf guides will take guests to appropriate surf spots and suggest where to surf, but each guest is responsible for understanding their own level and skill.  

8 / Upgrades & Excursions

8.1. No discounts will be provided if a guest chooses to join an excursion instead of attending surf lessons, yoga lessons or surf guiding.  

8.2. Refunds for upgrades or excursions are only available if the Organizer is unable to organize the service due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. The decision to run upgrades or excursions lies solely with the Organizer.

9 / Photos & Videos

9.1. During the surf and yoga camp, photos and videos will be taken. This material will be used for commercial purposes.

9.2. If you do not agree with the use of your images or videos, please inform the organizer.
