    Morocco offers great waves year-round, but the best time for consistent swells and warm weather is from September to April. This period is perfect for all levels of surfers.
  • Do I need to be an experienced surfer to join?
    Not at all! Our surf camp cates to all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced surfers. Our experienced instructors will tailor the sessions to match your ability.
  • What should I bring to a surf camp?
    Pack your swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, and casual beachwear. We provide all the necessary surf equipment, including wetsuits and surfboards. Don’t forget your enthusiasm and energy!
  • Can I bring my own surfboard and wetsuit?
    Absolutely! If you prefer using your own board or wetsuit, feel free to bring it along. We also have a great selection of boards and wetsuits (3/2) available if you choose to travel light.
  • What wetsuit do you recommend?
    For the autumn, winter, and spring months, a 3/2 wetsuit is ideal, while a shorty works well in summer. If you tend to feel cold in the water, you might want to bring a 4/3 wetsuit. We offer 3/2 wetsuits in each package.
  • What is the accommodation like?
    We offer comfortable and cozy accommodations, ranging from shared dorms to private rooms. Our surf camp is designed to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the waves.
  • Is there more to do besides surfing?
    Definitely! Taghazout and its surroundings offer a variety of activities such as yoga sessions, hiking, visiting local markets, and exploring the stunning Moroccan coastline. There’s always something exciting to do!
  • How do I get to the Surf House?
    We always arrange airport transfers for your convenience, it's included in each package.

    Absolutely! We often get asked about the safety of traveling to Morocco, and we’re here to assure you that Morocco is a very safe destination for travelers. Whether you're coming alone, with a group, male, or female, you can feel confident and secure while exploring this beautiful country. Why Morocco is Safe: Welcoming Locals: Moroccans are known for their warm hospitality and friendliness. You’ll often be greeted with a smile and may even be invited to share a cup of mint tea. Low Crime Rates: Tourist areas, especially in Taghazout, have low crime rates. Petty theft is rare, and violent crime is extremely uncommon. Tourist-Friendly Environment: Popular destinations like Taghazout are well-accustomed to tourists and have a strong presence of tourist police to ensure safety. Well-Established Tourism Industry: Morocco has a well-developed tourism infrastructure with plenty of support services for travelers, including reputable tour operators and accommodations.     The closest airport is Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA), about a 40-minute drive from our surf house.
  • What do I need to travel to Morocco?
    To travel to Morocco, you will need a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after departure). Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required. If you're not sure if you need a visa, we recommend checking with your nearest Moroccan embassy for visa requirements. It's also advisable to have travel insurance and any necessary vaccinations.
